Dr Mark Sulzberger - Veterinarian
Dr Mark Sulzberger graduated from the University of Queensland in 1992. He enjoys medicine and soft tissue surgery and spending time with all kinds of furry pets.
Mark has a Chocolate Labrador called Jobe. He has been animal crazy since he was a kid.
Dr Ophelia Li - Veterinarian
Dr Ophelia Li graduated from the University of Queensland in 2015. Ophelia had been volunteering for the Vetcall family since her last year of high school. After finishing University, she began working as a Vet for Vetcall at the end of 2015. Ophelia's interests are soft tissue surgery, internal medicine, and giving lots of cuddles to our furry patients.
Ophelia owns a lovely Staffy x named Lulu and a grumpy cat named Misty.
Dr Ker-Ming Lua - Veterinarian
Dr Ker-Ming Lua graduated from the University of Queensland in 2015. Ker-Ming's special interests are surgery and radiology.
When he isn't busy at the clinic, Ker-Ming enjoys cooking and spending time with his two cheeky cats, Minka the Burmese and Rosie the Tortie.
Zoe - Veterinary Nurse
Zoe joined the Vetcall Team in October 2015. After working at a boarding facility for 5 years, she started work as a kennel hand at Vetcall Ashmore, and then eventually moved over to Vetcall Mudgeeraba as she landed her dream job as a Veterinary nurse. Zoe absolutely loves nursing and has a high interest in hospital cases, dental procedures and customer service.
Zoe has a 4 year old Doberman called Digger, a 1 year old Kelpie x called Odin, and two Cats, Tigger and Ruprick.
Jess - Veterinary Nurse
Jess joined the Vetcall team in July 2017 after relocating to the Gold Coast from Port Macquarie. Jess loves all areas of her job but has a keen interest in pain management for our furry friends and emergency and critical care. She shares her home with a feisty cat called Oreo who she adopted from the clinic and a beautiful Border Collie called Lillie who is now 14 years old.
Linisha - Veterinary Nurse
Linisha joined the Vetcall team in August 2017 as one of our veterinary nurses then coming over to us in August 2018 from our sister clinic, Vetcall Burleigh. Linisha enjoys all aspects of nursing but her primary interests are surgical nursing, intensive care and wildlife conservation. As much as Linisha loves all small animals, birds are certainly her passion, having a talkative 2 year old green cheeked conure, Nixon, a chubby galah named Willow and a feisty cockateil, Mitchie. I guess you could say Linisha is the “bird lady” at our clinic.
Taryn - Trainee Veterinary Nurse
Taryn joined the Vetcall team in February 2018 when she started her Nursing studies. Taryn also works with horses, so she enjoys caring for both small and large animals, especially animals that have special needs.
At home Taryn has 3 beautiful rescue dogs, and owns a sweet horse that keeps her very busy.
